For those of you who are looking for this years show dates, they'll be posted soon. I haven't fallen down a rabbit hole but, have been very busy with my regular job. I will be displaying at Clifton Park Commons on the 4th of July, same as last year. I will have new pieces, a new tent and new signage with me. For the girl who wants 2 more purple flowers. I will have them with me. I know last year at Mabee Farm? you were looking for them because you wanted them for your other two patio doors. For the woman with the dragonfly tattoo on her foot. I know you are looking for a "stand alone" dragonfly. I did make a proto type but, gave it away. There is a picture of it in the gallery section. Is this anything you are interested in? I plan on reworking it a bit and making some more. Not sure if I will keep the wings blue or switch to an iridescent filigree textured glass.

The Octagon Barn

The annual holiday show at the Octagon Barn will be from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, December 13th, and MSG will be there! The sidebar to the right will provide event details, and a map for directions.

Amy and Russ open up the Octagon Barn yet again for another fair in the hilltowns. It has been a while since we have been there, and we look forward to the visit.

I will have some finished pieces for the anyone who needs to fill a few spots on their Christmas list. During the Christmas season, the doves are a popular gift.

I will also be taking special orders for after the Christmas season.

The Caduceus

By request, the familiar symbol of medicine known as the Caduceus. Two tones of glass differentiate between the snakes. Glass with a dark mirrored finish like hematite composes the staff.

The ESAM Show...

I wanted to let everyone know that the craft show at ESAM has been changed a bit. Saturday, 9/27 has been cancelled due to the forecast of 80% chance of rain. Sunday 9/28 is still taking place as planned. Hours are 10-4.
In light of the weather not cooperating, there will be a craft show at ESAM the following Sunday also. October 5th. Same hours 10-4.

Time to announce the next show...ESAM in Scotia, NY.

Last year's show was a HUGE success. We look forward to meeting friends new and old, at one of our bigger shows of the year.

Like last year, this is a 2 day show. All the particulars are included in the link to the right, including maps and directions. The show will run 10 - 4 both days.

Glue Chip glass makes up the look of frosted glass in this piece for Breast Cancer Awareness. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out but, it draws alot of attention at the shows. I wanted something a little different besides the traditional ribbon.

The Church Window

This piece is one of the Church Window series I am working on. I wanted to use untraditional colors for the window. When I think of stained glass windows in a church, I think of them being mainly primary colors. This piece is far from that but, I love the color combination.

It's Finally Done...

This is the Noah's Ark piece that has been a long time coming. It started when we had work done on the house. The contractor we hired was Noah's Ark Construction and that got me thinking.

I went searching for a Noah's Ark pattern. Found the pattern but, then the dilemma of the glass. Being one for thinking "outside the box" I didn't want to use the glass that was suggested. I want wood to look like wood, a Zebra to look like a Zebra and so on. The Zebra glass, I think is perfect. It is a glass made by Spectrum, Baroque.

I have a friend, Jim, who also does stained glass. I talked to him about my idea of making the Zebra striped and he said that he had some of the glass that I was looking for. So, with his help my ark has a striped Zebra on it.
